Level 3 Nursery Assistant

Prospero Teaching are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join multiple dynamic EYFS settings across Southampton. The successful candidates will support with the delivery of the Early Years curriculum and ensure the well-being and development of all children. As a Nursery Assistant, you will: Assist in the planning and implementation of activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children. Support the daily routines of the nursery, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play. Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children. Observe and assess children\’s progress, providing feedback to parents and carers. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery. Adhere to all safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures. About you: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Previous experience working in an EYFS setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
