As the Pensions Consultant some of your main responsibilities will include;

  • The role of Pensions Consultant is pivotal in delivering the wide range of support and projects to your clients.
  • Work with trustee boards, supporting them in achieving their Pension scheme objectives, undertaking work as directed by more senior colleagues to support the scheme\’s needs.
  • Likely to be working across multiple clients and teams, you will have a varied portfolio of work which may include supporting with the ongoing Pensions management of a scheme through to working on a variety of project-based assignments.
  • To undertake secretariat work for Trustee Board/Pension schemes and support and contribute to activities which ensure the continual development of best practice on all areas of governance and Pensions management.
  • Projects may include activities such as adviser reviews, market research, risk management support, governance support, ad-hoc project delivery or any other work as required by our clients.
  • You will be expected to display significant levels of initiative, analytical ability, proactivity, strategic and critical thinking, along with a team-based approach to work and a desire to develop relationships, build your network and maintain an excellent reputation for quality.
