Mortgage Advisor
Crawley
Salary up to £50,000 plus uncapped bonus scheme and full large company benefits package.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser / Broker who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is eager to benefit from consistent lead flow, uncapped bonuses and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to each client’s needs (purchase, remortgage, new build, buy-to-let).
Advise on a full range of protection products, including life cover, critical illness, and income protection.
Convert generated leads into completed applications with efficiency and professionalism.
Build long-term relationships with clients, introducers, and referral sources.
Maintain up-to-date compliance and adhere strictly to FCA regulatory standards.
Manage your own pipeline, follow up effectively, and deliver on personal KPI
Experience:
You will need to have a proven success in mortgage services, commercial awareness of high-value lending and be qualified in CeMAP and or ideally have Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice
