Write and design the quarterly customer newsletter. Support video creation and editing projects. Manage live chat on the company's websites. Oversee and enhance social media activity. Update website content to ensure relevance. Coordinate administrative tasks for the IT Directors Forum. Manage requests for events from across the business. Attend and support trade shows and networking events. Prepare content for the monthly board report. Source promotional items and coordinate with graphic designers and printers.
