THE ROLE
They are now looking for an Event Project Manager to join the team and deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare events globally. A broad role responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Delivering projects including congresses, ad boards and standalone meetings
- Liaising with clients and managing relationships
- Management of project timelines
- Negotiating with and managing suppliers
- Overseeing venue sourcing and delegate management
- Budget management
- Leading teams onsite internationally
- Participate in pitching
