Overview
We are hiring for our client, a specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor, to appoint an Estimator to their commercial team in Lisburn. This Estimator role is full-time, office-based, with occasional travel to London. Our client delivers high-end, luxury fit-out and refurbishment projects across hospitality, commercial, residential and retail sectors. Known for quality, integrity and long-term client relationships, this is an opportunity for an Estimator to join a people-focused business with a strong project pipeline and an excellent market reputation.

Responsibilities
- Review and assess tender documentation in multiple formats
- Prepare accurate, compliant cost estimates
- Source and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Assess contractual and supplementary information for commercial risk
- Attend site visits, mid-tender and post-tender meetings
- Manage post-tender queries and follow-ups
- Provide clear handover details to the operations team
Qualifications
- 3+ years\’ experience in an Estimating role
- Main contractor fit-out experience preferred
- Knowledge of estimating software
- Strong IT, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness
