If you are an experienced UC & AV Engineer we have an exciting opportunity we would like to discuss with you. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must be strong on both Cisco Unified Comms & Audio Visual. Please note this role will be onsite 5 days per week in Central London to provide VIP Support. * AV estate comprising of Cisco AV hardware (Room Kits, Codecs etc), Control/Integration Systems (e.g. Crestron), TVs & Mics. * UC estate comprising of Cisco UCM, SBCs (CUBEs), Expressways, Webex Cloud Services, Teams Cloud Services (Direct Routing & CVI) & SIP PSTN providers. * Supporting customers IT team, end users and VIPs Skills Required: * 5+ years in AV support or similar roles * 3+ years technical expertise working across Cisco UC portfolio, video conferencing & interoperability (e.g. Microsoft Teams) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential * Comfortable working in high pressure environments
