Payroll Officer\\nDerby\\nOn-site ā Monday to Friday\\nFlexible start and finish time between 8am-9am and 4pm-5pm\\n37.5 hours per week\\nĀ£30,000 ā Ā£33,000\\n\\nEaton Syalon are working with a business in Derby to recruit a Payroll Officer. You'll need to be dedicated and detail-oriented, and must have a want to join a busy payroll team where you will help support with the accurate and timely processing of end-to-end payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in payroll administration, looking for a role in a supportive finance./payroll team environment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n- Collate, input and maintain all relevant information relating to the payroll\\n- Process starters, leavers, holidays, sick pay\\n- Produce clocking and attendance reports liaising with department managers for any queries\\n- Process the payroll ensuring all deadlines and cut offs are met\\n- Provide first line support for any queries from employees/managers\\n- Support Payroll supervisor with payroll process\\n- Process P45, P11d\\n- Produce overtime reports\\n\\nPerson Profile:\\n\\n- Previous end-to-end payroll experience is desirable\\n- Used to manual processing\\n- Ability to deal with complex payrolls and queries\\n- Excel knowledge including pivot tables and V look ups\\n- Available immediately or at short notice\\n\\nThis role is being recruited on a temporary to permanent basis so you will need to be available immediately or at short notice to be considered for the role
