The Opportunity:
My client are a renewable energy company who are looking for an In-House Property Solicitor on a permanent basis.
They want someone who has a good understanding of property law both from a UK and Scottish law perspective and understands the differences between both areas.
The role will involve assisting on all legal matters as well as preparing and observing and making changes to various legal agreements.
You must be fully qualified and have the required legal qualifications and be based in the Cornwall area or be prepared to move into the area for working collaboratively with the rest of the practice.
Skills and Experience:
- Candidates will ideally have a minimum of three years experience working as a Solicitor in the property sector.
- A strong attention to detail, with great organisational skills.
- Experience reviewing titles as well as reviewing, negotiation and completing various legal agreements.
- Advising the wider team on legal matters and coordinating matters with external partners.
- Creating templates and supervising the use of them by the wider team.
- General legal support to the whole team and associated businesses.
- Ideally dual-qualified in English and Scottish Law with a property law bias to join us in an exciting time.
