As the sole designer in a creative, fast-paced environment, this role offers an excellent chance to take ownership of all visual and marketing content, combining design, video production, and even a bit of marketing. About the Role Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be the go-to person for all things creative. If you’re an experienced designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a knack for innovative problem-solving, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: • Graphic Design: Lead the creation of impactful visual assets for digital and print, including marketing campaigns, brochures, and social media content. • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade videos that capture and promote the brand’s vision. • Web Design: Maintain and enhance the company’s WordPress website, ensuring functionality and alignment with brand identity. • Copywriting: Develop creative and engaging written content for campaigns, marketing collateral, and client communications. • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. • Travel: Be willing to travel for on-site filming and client engagements. About You To excel in this role, you’ll need to bring creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic and supportive environment. Essential Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in graphic design, ideally as a sole or lead designer. • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). • Experience in video production, including filming and editing. • Familiarity with WordPress and web design principles. • Strong copywriting skills with a flair for creating engaging content. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed
