About the General Manager Role:
This site calls for someone with a great track record of turning sites around and getting them trading at potential. This is an exceptional opportunity to run this recently refurbished venue, working alongside one of Scotland\’s most dynamic hospitality groups, embracing a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. You will manage a large team, handling all day-to-day running of the site, while working alongside a very well-established sales and marketing team to drive the sales of this business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be involved in all areas of the business, taking ownership and driving its success.
- Ensure the highest standards of service throughout the pub, creating memorable experiences for every customer.
- Train, mentor, and develop your management team and staff, fostering growth and loyalty.
- Oversee financial and budgeting activities, optimising operations for peak efficiency.
