Job Description
We are looking for a Engineering Shift Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.\\n\\nOur client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.\\n\\nDue to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Shift Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.\\n\\nAs the Engineering Shift Supervisor , you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.\\n\\nThe Engineering Shift Supervisor, will be responsible for:\\n\\n * Ensure all equipment and services are safely maintained and operational\\n\\n * Supervise a team of day and shift engineers\\n\\n * Monitor and ensure all KPIs are met\\n\\n * Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is completed on schedule\\n\\n * Prioritise and complete Statutory and Mandatory tasks\\n\\n * Oversee completion of Reactive Tasks based on priority levels\\n\\n * Maintain high standards of safety and compliance across the site\\n\\n * Ensure accurate recording of work through IT systems\\n\\n * Comply with all Statutory Compliance requirements\\n\\n * Participate in the on-call rota\\n\\n * Maintain use and condition of uniform and PPE\\n\\nTo be successful for this Engineering Shift Supervisor role you must have:\\n\\n * City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1&2 or equivalent\\n\\n * HVAP qualification with relevant High Voltage experience\\n\\n * IEE 18th Edition Regulations (preferred)\\n\\n * IOSH Managing Safely certification\\n\\n * Equivalent mechanical qualifications (with relevant experience)\\n\\nIf you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Engineering Shift Supervisor role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
