Group Details
The Corporate Development team at Tradeweb supports the company’s various businesses in identifying and executing upon selected growth opportunities, both organic and inorganic. We work in a highly integrated manner with senior business leadership to source and execute acquisitions, partnerships, minority investments, drive new business development, and advise and assist product and sales teams on business and market strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor market structure evolution, identify key market drivers and product trends and corresponding opportunities for Tradeweb
- Conduct detailed market research and data analysis covering market sizing, opportunity sizing and landscape
- Prepare high quality analytical and presentation materials for senior management
- Work alongside product managers to provide analytical support on product trends, business development and growing Tradeweb’s footprint
- Identify and assess potential acquisition or external partnership opportunities
- Assist in conducting due diligence processes, financial analysis and modelling
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, corporate development, business / eCommerce Strategy, equity research, IBD
- Excellent presentation and verbal / written communication skills
- Ability to work in and be comfortable with fast paced, fluid environment
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritize and take ownership
- Self-starter who takes initiative and completes all projects with high energy and strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and data management skills
- Understanding of corporate valuation & financial modelling
- Strong understanding of capital markets and electronic trading and eagerness to learn
