Area to be covered: National (Predominately Manchester to Oxford) ideally based Midlands
Remuneration: £50,000 + annual bonus circa 15%

The role of the Business Development Manager – Fixings & Fasteners will involve:
* Field sales position promoting a range of fasteners predominately for the lighting & wire suspension market place
* All of your time will be spent selling to roofing & cladding contractors, main contractors, industrial end users, builders merchants, distributors and construction companies / manufacturers
* Order values ranging from £10k-£500k
* Turnover target circa £1m-£2m
* Reporting directly to Sales Director
The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager – Fixings & Fasteners with:
* Must have a proven track in construction field sales
* Must have sold to contractors & distributions
* Ideally experience in the fixings & fasteners OR roofing / cladding industry however not essential
* Personable, friendly and confident in building relationships
* Team player but can demonstrate initiative and work well independently
* Computer literate, experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Commercially astute, professional, organised
