Regional Operations Manager
Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, United Kingdom. This role is remote-based with travel around the designated region; you may be required to attend Company and Client locations as needed and occasionally stay away from home overnight or attend events outside normal working hours.

Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly reviews to analyse regional performance
- Manage a team of regional support managers
- Schedule employees and manage staffing needs
- Manage employee recruitment, contracts, and performance evaluations
- Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction levels
- Lead employee engagement and succession planning efforts
- Identify and address contract KPIs for improvement
- Maintain financial accuracy and manage performance
- Develop assignment instructions and risk assessments
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background and prior experience in security or commercial contract management as a site supervisor or regional supervisor and have experience in managing members of staff within a team
- Experience in project management, health and safety compliance, and line management is essential
- Integrity, professionalism, and effective communication skills
- A UK driving license and a five-year work history are required
- Applicants must be able to provide a full 5-year checkable work or back to school history and must have right to work documents
- Minimum 3 years experience in a team supervisor role within a sizeable security based environment
- Entrepreneurial and results oriented, with experience working in a fast-paced dynamic team
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to exercise excellent decision making while working in a fluid and fast paced environment
- Able to work collaboratively at a mid management level with leadership team, direct reports and internal external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
