Willmott Dixon Interiors have an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Manager or Senior Building Services Manager (M&E) to join our team and provide support for our projects in London.

The successful Building Services Manager will lead and coordinate the MEP process from project inception through to post-completion using commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise.

Reporting to our Head of Design, you will work alongside our preconstruction and delivery teams to carry out technical reviews of tender documents, liaise with the estimating team and supply chain partners and adjust designs accordingly as and when required. This is an exciting role that could see you working on a largescale Central London scheme through the PCSA and into contract.

You will be responsible for producing, prioritising and reviewing accurate information in line with the agreed specification and project cost.

You will be a team player and an excellent motivator, as you will be working collectively with pre-construction and operations teams as well as supply chain partners to enable them to work together to produce a coordinated and complete MEP design.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

  • Understand the appropriate Mechanical &Electrical and service legislation
  • Able to control costs, timing, quality in line with targets
  • Able to interpret project documentations and develop appropriate strategies
  • Proficient use of Microsoft programmes
  • Proficient use of and Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Appropriate CSCS card
  • Relevant Degree or Equivalent Qualification
  • Working towards MCIOB / MCIBSE /MIET
