Mercor is hiring experienced Biology professionals to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. This role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems designed to replicate real-world workflows across life sciences, biomedical research, and related domains.
Base pay range
$65.00/hr – $85.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate Biology outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with scientific objectives
- Create challenging problems in Biology that stress-test AI reasoning and analysis
- Contribute to data generation and evaluation processes that inform the next generation of large language models
Ideal Qualifications
- PhD in Biology or a directly related field
- 2+ years of academic experience (research, publication, teaching) or professional experience
- High attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Project Timeline
