As a Bank Administrator at The Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital, you will pride yourself on your attention to detail as well as being an excellent communicator with a kind, caring and empathetic nature. You will be able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand.

As a Bank Administrator, you will:

  • Provide high quality admin support to the clinical team
  • Call patients to arrange appointments and take incoming call enquiries
  • Be confident with computers and willing to learn a bespoke package, Excel knowledge is desirable
  • Help people feel comfortable when they visit your department
