You will work closely with students who need academic mentoring, structure and challenge , supporting progress across core subjects while developing strong professional skills.
Highlights of the Role:
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to raise attainment and close learning gaps
- Deliver targeted academic interventions in subjects such as English, Maths and Humanities
- Support students with learning difficulties, SEND or low academic confidence
- Track student progress and adapt support strategies accordingly
- Collaborate daily with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams
- Act as a positive academic role model , helping students develop resilience and ambition
