Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head of Acquisition Marketing to join our Marketing team of 5 in India and the UK. Reporting to the CMO, you will oversee the strategy & execution of our acquisition marketing campaigns across 13 countries, ensuring our business goals are met through effective and efficient activity. You will leverage your deep experience in paid performance marketing to drive our target revenue & new user growth and you will need to be both hands-on and strategic, with proven team management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Growth Strategy: Define and execute strategy for driving scalable and sustainable new customer growth across web and app platforms.
  • Opportunities: Identify and prioritise growth opportunities in core cities, leading experimentation efforts.
  • Team Management: Manage one existing direct report and, with CMO, establish future hiring needs and team structure to align with evolving business needs.
  • Campaign Ownership: Design, execute & optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive acquisition for both web and app platforms.
  • Data-driven Decision Making & Analysis: Extract, analyse, and interpret campaign data to identify trends, derive insights, and report internally.
  • Creative Planning: Collaborate with internal & external teams to develop creative assets informed by customer insights, industry best practices and identified testing requirements.
  • Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies & other partners to ensure they deliver results aligned with strategic goals, fostering strong partnerships & focusing on constant growth.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships across teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with company objectives. Present performance updates to internal stakeholders with clear recommendations for optimisation & scaling efforts.
  • International Outlook: Plan & run campaigns with deep consideration of regional and country-specific requirements; balancing global strategy with local activation needs & ensuring campaigns are both locally nuanced and globally impactful.

Requirements

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience running digital marketing campaigns for a consumer brand operating across multiple countries & languages, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong expertise in managing paid digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, etc.) for both web and app campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing activity to KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and revenue goals with a demonstrated history of driving profitable results at scale.
  • Experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills & a data-driven mindset; comfortable working with large datasets to create actionable insights & experience with audience segmentation and LTV analysis.
  • Interest in using customer knowledge to inform and enhance creative development & audience planning.
  • A proactive, agile thinker with a growth mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies effectively, holding them accountable for delivering results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders strategically.
  • Familiarity with digital creative best practices and an ability to plan proactively for content needs.
  • Passion for customer-centric marketing and a keen eye for creative excellence.
