Job Description
Mostly remote based\\n\\nSNED Business Analyst role – Over the last 4 months we have been devising a set of KPI’s for both the programme and the SEND service to allow us to monitor performance against the DMO mitigations and to enable the Head of service to better manage her service and resources. These are now ready to develop further and we require an experienced SEND Business Analyst to support this development\\n\\nSupport finalising and prioritising the KPI’s for the dashboard.\\n\\nSEND Project Manager SEND Project Manager SEND Project Manager SEND Project Manager SEND Project Manager SEND Project Manager SEND Project Manager\\n\\nTo determine or improve the business systems and processes we require to collect the data\\n\\nImprove data inputting and collection efficiency.\\n\\nSupport the development of the SEND and DMP dashboard.\\n\\nSupport the development of the dashboard alongside the data team and the Power BI developer.\\n\\nSupport the Head of Service with developing performance management for SEND managers and their teams.\\n\\nProvide DMP performance reports and analysis as and when required for the relevant groups and boards.\\n\\nSupport the use of reports and analysis for the SEND Service
