Contracts Manager We are working with a well-established regional Main Contractor who specialise in the delivery of new build, commercial, Educational and refurbishments across the southeast. Due to increased growth, they are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. About the role of Contracts Manager Reporting to the Operations Director and Construction Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple contracts and ensure each contract is managed correctly and completed to both the clients & contracts expectations while liaising with the surveyors, contracts staff and site teams. Responsibilities for Contracts Manager Manage all work from pre-construction through to delivery and handover/aftercare Oversee assigned projects, ensuring they are resourced and staffed Produce contract programmes Monthly reviews with the site team to ensure progress and quality adherence Implement the health and safety policy of the company and ensuring plans are prepared and approved before contract start dates Requirements for the Contracts Manager Proven experience as a Contracts Manager from a Main Contracting background CIOB or RICS membership would be desirable Excellent H&S skills Strong Proficiency with ASTA projects What we offer: £85k – £95k + Car Allowance Annual Bonus Pension Scheme Private Health Care Additional Benefits If you want to hear more about this Contracts Manager role please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Chelsey Potter in our Brighton Office on (url removed)
