Recruitment Administrator – London SE1 – £14.50ph

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Temporary Recruitment Administrator to join the team and provide vital support across the full recruitment process at this busy healthcare organisaion. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including vacancy approval, job advertising, issuing offer letters and contracts, and completing all pre-employment checks.
  • Carry out ID verification, coordinate occupational health clearances, and manage reference requests to ensure full compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment queries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation using the Trac applicant tracking system.
  • Liaise with HR and Payroll to ensure smooth onboarding of new starters and to communicate any changes to terms and conditions.
  • Manage departmental inboxes efficiently, ensuring queries are actioned appropriately.
  • Create and maintain secure personnel files for both permanent and temporary staff.
  • Assist with assessment centres, interviews, and recruitment events as required.
  • Keep recruitment databases and tracking logs accurate and up to date.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and HR colleagues to resolve recruitment-related issues.

Experience Required

  • Strong background in recruitment administration.
  • Hands-on experience using Trac applicant tracking system.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Previous experience working within an HR or recruitment environment.
  • Understanding of HR processes within healthcare or NHS settings is desirable.
