Groomfield Recruitment is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Factory Operative on behalf of our client based in Tamworth (B79). This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent role following a successful probationary period.
Hours of Work:
- 06:00 to 16:30
- 4 days per week (Monday to Friday rotation)
Pay Rate:
- £12.21 per hour
- Overtime paid at £18.32 per hour
- Pay increase of £0.43 per hour after probationary period
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading machinery
- Machine minding
- Weighing stock and materials
- Moving stock and manual handling of items up to 20kg
- Palletising products for shipment
- Labelling and managing goods-out processes
