As part of this, were looking for a new VAVE Purchasing Manager to spearhead their procurement area for this new site. The role of VAVE Purchasing Manager is a key strategic role and will help spearhead this new site and their middle layer leadership team. This role is part of a flat structure, so youll report directly into the Head of Technology. As the VAVE Purchasing Manager , youll be creating a new department working in collaboration with other heads. Youll be responsible for all procurement activities across the site ensuring all parts and components are available for product assembly. Youll be responsible for looking at strategic costs, supplier management, risk management and process improvement across the department. Youll be required to analyse key data and suggest improvements to ensure projects are on track. This VAVE Purchasing Manager will also be responsible for hiring as youll be given a Purchasing Associate from the start to support your team.
