About You Sales-Obsessed Energy: You love the thrill of making a sale, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers. Social & Digital Savvy: You know what\’s trending, what\’s viral, and how to translate that into an amazing customer experience. Customer-First Mentality: You get people, and you love making them feel confident and empowered. Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility. Ready to Hustle: You\’re organized, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to level up.Job Requirements You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers. You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently, contributing to smooth store operations. You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience. You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs). You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers. You are passionate about providing our customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day. You are energized by interacting with customers and stive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.
