This is an exceptional opportunity for an established partner or senior solicitor with 10+ years PQE to take a leading role in a highly respected team, with the support of a firm that truly invests in its people and infrastructure. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in high-net-worth family matters and a portable client following, alongside the strategic mindset to drive further growth and development. Key Responsibilities Advise HNW and UHNW clients on a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, and private children issues. Manage your own caseload of complex, often high-value or international family matters. Maintain and grow your existing client base, with the support of the firm\’s excellent marketing and business development resources. Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to the overall strategic development of the family department. Work collaboratively across departments, especially private client, real estate, and corporate teams, to provide a seamless service to clients. Requirements Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 10 years\’ post-qualification experience in family law. Partner-level experience or ready to step up from a Senior Associate role. A portable following of clients/referrers is essential. Proven ability to handle complex financial remedy cases, including those involving business assets, trusts, and cross-border issues.
