Job Description
Job Title: Project Support Coordinator\\nSalary: £35,000 – £40,000\\nLocations: Reading, High Wycombe, Stevenage, Kentish Town\\nJob Type: Full-time, Site-Based\\nA leading main contractor is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Support Coordinator to join its expanding team. Working across several key sites including Reading, High Wycombe, Stevenage and Kentish Town, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both the Compliance and Project Support Manager and wider project teams to maintain high standards across documentation, quality systems, and project coordination.\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n * \\n Maintain weekly drawing registers and project directories to ensure both electronic and hard copies are accurate and up to date\\n * \\n Conduct regular ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 audits across projects\\n * \\n Carry out Commercial QMS/BMS audits\\n * \\n Chase, collate and produce Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals\\n * \\n Set up and maintain site folders and meeting room displays in compliance with HSEQ procedures\\n * \\n Monitor SharePoint usage and support proper data management across all projects\\n * \\n Upload and manage environmental records including Smart Waste data and BREEAM SWMP information\\n * \\n Ensure correct collection and collation of all delivery tickets\\n * \\n Assist in preparing monthly client meeting packs\\n * \\n Support the collation of standard company templates and documentation\\n * \\n Minute and distribute notes from weekly team meetings\\n * \\n Assist in archiving physical site paperwork in preparation for project completion\\n * \\n Contribute to maintaining control procedures in line with integrated management systems\\nAbout You:\\n * \\n Previous experience in a construction administration or support role\\n * \\n Strong IT skills – proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook\\n * \\n Excellent organisational and communication skills\\n * \\n Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy\\n * \\n Confident working independently and as part of a team\\n * \\n Reliable, approachable, and self-motivated\\n * \\n Full UK Driving Licence is essential\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team within a well-established contractor, offering genuine career development opportunities and the chance to work on exciting projects across the region.\\nTo apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover note outlining your suitability for the role
