What you'll do

  • Lead the industrial design of world-class physical devices.
  • Take complex briefs and shape them into simple, elegant, and cohesive design strategies.
  • Define and drive a compelling physical design language across a diverse product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across engineering, UI/UX, and product management.
  • Own the full design process – from early concepting and 3D CAD to prototyping and production sign-off.
  • Champion visual storytelling, using sketching, mock-ups, and presentations to communicate ideas with clarity and impact.
  • Mentor and guide other designers, consistently raising standards across the industrial design team.

What you'll bring

  • A strategic mindset – able to zoom out, frame the right questions, and bring forward simple, coherent solutions.
  • Significant hands on experience in industrial design, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
  • Exceptional communication skills – comfortable explaining ideas verbally and through visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar), KeyShot, Adobe CC, and physical prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of CMF, DFM, and high-volume manufacturing techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • A collaborative and curious attitude – thrives in team settings and brings energy to creative problem-solving.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
