The predicted salary is between 34000 - 42500 £ per year.

LOCATION: St James Quarter
SHIFT PATTERN: Monday – Friday early/late shift rota, weekend working as part of rota, 40 hours per week
SALARY: £40,000 – £42,500 per annum

ROLE OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide facilities management services support. Duties to include, but not restricted to, day to day operational interaction with the client, day to day support of Health & Safety in relation to the FM function. Liaison with other ABM site specific technical team members relevant to their site, supervision of third party resources, execution of PPM and Reactive maintenance relevant to their across all disciplines.

  • Execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks whilst on the site in line with the contract scope and specification
  • Execution of minor project works on the site in line with the contract scope and specification
  • The role will not be purely electrical works, and the successful candidate will need to be able to support other trades which may include fabric, joinery, and plumbing tasks.
  • To support all procurement requirements as required to their areas of work
  • Maintain all company issued equipment in a clean, serviceable and presentable manner
  • Ensure that all Company IT system requirements are completed accurately and legibly at all times and presented in a timely manner

  • Present themselves in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with clients and other staff members at all times
  • Support Contract Manager and Contract Administrators in their roles by effective communication
    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • C&G Level 3 Electrical
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience in a similar maintenance role
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on their own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise work loads

Desirable

  • Hold a recognised qualification, C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing.
  • Portable Appliance Testing.
  • IPAF Qualified / PASMA Qualified
