Night Porter
Caledonian is seeking exceptional individuals eager to excel in the hospitality industry, operating all year-round.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries, incidents, and coordinate services with the Manager.
- Follow company control procedures in line with internal audit requirements.
- Be familiar with all emergency procedures, including fire safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Front Office department to meet nightly objectives.
- Close daily operations, clean, maintain, secure the property, and prepare for the next day.
- Assist other departments, such as bar or restaurant, if necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
