Full Time position SEMH Focus Thatcham 8:30 – 3:30 £85-£110 daily rateResponsibilities: Implementing student safeguarding and welfare policies Assessing, reporting and giving feedback regarding students' needs and progress Monitor pupils conduct and behaviour throughout the school day Collaborate with SLT to ensure high quality personal care of the students Promote and encourage independence and personal development Work with students on a 1:1 and group basis on education programmes Cooperate with colleagues, professionals and parents with education plansThis role would be well suited to anyone currently working within a school that is looking to progress in their career.
