IT Support Assistant – Maidstone Up to £27,000 (DOE) | Leading Professional Services Firm Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for IT support? We’re recruiting for an IT Support Assistant to join a reputable professional services firm based in Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their IT skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. What you’ll do: Provide 1st line support to staff across all offices, resolving hardware and software issues. Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of IT systems, including virtual servers, networking, and devices. Monitor and support email systems and ensure IT best practices are adhered to. Maintain the internal helpdesk, logging calls and tracking resolutions. Support the IT Manager with projects and liaise with third-party suppliers.What we’re looking for: GCSE-level education or equivalent. Basic understanding of hardware, networking, and IT systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills.
