Event Project Co-ordinator – Live Events & AV Production

A highly regarded technical production company based in London is looking for an Event Project Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with early experience in live events—whether from a production agency, crewing company, or venue—and looking to develop their skills further.
This opportunity is perfect for an individual early in their AV Technician career, looking to further their hands on experience in the exciting Live Events and Production world!
You\’ll be part of a small, experienced team delivering exceptional AV and production services for both private and corporate events across some of London’s most iconic venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to Project Managers in the planning and execution of live events
- Assist with logistics, equipment preparation, and maintenance in the warehouse and office
- Gain hands-on experience with AV equipment, including lighting, audio, and video systems
- Support on-site event setups and installations, ensuring smooth delivery
- Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Take on increasing responsibility as you gain confidence and experience
- Work directly with clients and partners as part of the event delivery team
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in live event production (e.g. from a junior role at a production agency, crewing company, or venue)
- A basic understanding of AV setups (lighting, audio, video) and a keen interest in developing your skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A team player who’s happy to get hands-on in both the warehouse and on-site
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- A full, clean UK driving licence (applicants must be 21+ due to insurance requirements)
