Housekeeper – Essex – up to £32k + Bonus and Benefits We’re working with a Property Company who are looking to recruit a Housekeeper for an executive family home in Essex. The Housekeeper will perform a wide range of housekeeping duties including but not limited to: • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of all household areas, including living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, ensuring the home always remains immaculate. • Handling delicate fabrics, fine furniture, and valuable artworks with care, applying specialised cleaning techniques. • Assisting with laundry and ironing of high-end garments and linens, ensuring all items are impeccably presented. • Running errands on behalf of the household, including shopping for groceries, household goods, and any special requests, ensuring all items meet the family's standards. • Overseeing access to the property, ensuring that only authorised individuals enter or leave the premises, maintaining the security and privacy of the household. • Managing household supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering replacements when necessary. • Collaborating with other household staff to maintain seamless service and address any needs or requests. • Adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy standards, respecting the family’s personal space and requirements. The Housekeeper will work full time, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm with some occasional additional hours (paid as overtime) as required. The suitable Housekeeper will need to: • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. • Show strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and care for fine fabrics, delicate surfaces, and valuable items. • Display discretion and trustworthiness, with a high level of confidentiality. • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a professional and approachable demeanour. • Work independently, managing time effectively and anticipating the household’s needs. • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work outside normal hours when required. • Hold a full clean driving licence.
