Senior Bid Manager Location: Hatfield – Flexible / Hybrid Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 Are you an experienced bid professional ready to lead high-value, strategic submissions within the built environment? We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to take ownership of complex bids in the social housing and property services sector, delivering best-in-class responses that win work and drive growth. What Will You Deliver? Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of PQQs, ITTs, and final tender submissions across all procurement stages Draft, review, and manage high-quality, tailored bid responses that clearly align with client requirements and scoring criteria Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to gather vital input Support and mentor Bid Writers, encouraging continuous improvement and collaborative teamwork Conduct site visits and stakeholder interviews to inform bid strategy and enrich technical content Continuously refine bid processes and share best practices across the wider bid team Maintain and update a high-quality library of reusable content and assist with client presentations Ensure all submissions meet company standards and are delivered on time, every time What Can We Offer You? 25 days annual leave public holidays Life Cover (2x annual salary) Shopping discounts across major retailers Cycle to Work Scheme & Gym Discounts Holiday Purchase Scheme 2 Corporate Social Responsibility Days per year Who Are You?
