Graduate CAD Technician Location: Harlow, Essex Salary Guide: £30,000 – £35,000 PA, depending on experience Permanent position Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Leading engineering company specialising in the design and manufacture of high-performance power and lighting products for industrial applications is looking to expand their design team with a talented Graduate CAD Technician to assist with the transition from a 2D to a 3D design environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the transition from 2D to 3D design processes. Assist in the design of electro-mechanical systems and components using 3D CAD software. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet specifications and standards. Maintain accurate records of design changes and updates. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar). Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
