Create and Update Training Materials: Develop, review, and refine bespoke training materials, including detailed handbooks, engaging multimedia aids, and compelling online presentations. Ensure all materials are current, innovative, and align with the latest industry trends and advancements. Travel to Regional Locations: Undertake frequent travel across various regional locations from Birmingham to Scotland to deliver exceptional training experiences. Maintain Training Calendars and Compliance: Oversee the training schedule, ensuring all sessions are meticulously planned and executed. Adhere to supplier protocols and industry standards, guaranteeing quality and compliance in all training activities. Work Experience and Qualifications Minimum NVQ Level 4 in therapy or equivalent qualification 5 years of experience as a Trainer or Senior Practitioner in the skincare and aesthetic sector. Proven ability to lead, motivate, mentor and inspire diverse groups of professionals. Excellent presentation skills with a dynamic and engaging communication style.
