Work Experience and Qualifications Minimum NVQ Level 4 in therapy or equivalent qualification 5 years of experience as a Trainer or Senior Practitioner in the skincare and aesthetic sector. Proven ability to lead, motivate, mentor and inspire diverse groups of professionals. Excellent presentation skills with a dynamic and engaging communication style.
