Assistant Catering Manager – School Contract Caterer- near

Guildford – £35,000

Our client, an independent boarding school near Guildford,

Surrey are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join

their team.

The Assistant Manager will lead the school catering team. The

position will be responsible for providing a high-quality service

to all customers and maintaining effective stock controls and

accounting records.

The ideal candidate will have proven craft and management

skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison

experience. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional

Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive

complete an enhanced DBS application, provide 2 references

and have right to work in the UK.

management workshops, should you wish to further develop

your skills.

40 Hours per week, 5 over 7 working rotation with a mixture of

early shifts: 6.30am- 22.30pm and lates:11am – 7.30pm.

You will work one Saturday every 3 weeks and then take a day

back in the week.
