What the Role Entails

As an NQT, you\’ll be covering lessons for absent teachers in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). You\’ll be delivering pre-planned lessons, helping students stay engaged, and managing classroom behaviour. This role will allow you to practice your teaching skills, adapt to different school environments, and develop your classroom management strategies.

In addition to teaching, you\’ll also be supporting student\’s development in both an academic and personal sense, fostering a positive learning environment wherever you go.
