Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive working environment with opportunities for career progression Flexible working with a genuine commitment to work-life-balance High quality work (not volume based) Ongoing training and professional development Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of personal injury matters, from inception to settlement or court proceedings with minimal supervision Drafting legal documents, correspondence and preparing cases for court Representing clients at hearings and mediations when necessary Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, insurers, and other third parties Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance procedures and deadlines Valuing claims and dealing with settlement negotiations Key Skills and Experience: Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with ideally 2-5 years PQE in Personal Injury Solid experience managing pre & post litigated caseloads Knowledge of case management and portal systems Experience in specific areas such as clinical negligence, workplace injury, or public liability claims would be beneficial but not essential A proven track record of dealing with high value claims and a strong billing record Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team If you think this sounds like the perfect next step for you and your legal career, please don\’t hesitate to apply today!
