Alexander Lloyd is partnered with a market leading Pension Consultancy and are currently recruiting for experienced Pension Administrator to join their fast-paced and collaborative BAU Pensions Admin team on a permanent basis! This position is aligned to their Edinburgh office and operate a hybrid working arrangement of 2x days a week in the office, 3x days working from home.
About the role:
The successful candidate will provide pension scheme administration to a portfolio of Defined Benefits schemes ranging in size. As a Pension Administrator you will be responsible for providing manual calculations and processing payments of member benefits. In addition to this, you will:
Provide excellent administration services to pension scheme members
Dealing and responding to enquiries from members, via telephone and email and sending relevant correspondence.
Escalate any potential problems and / or complaints for a quick resolution.
Producing letter, emails and reports.
Developing your knowledge and understanding of the pensions industry by keeping up to date with UK pensions regulations and legislation.Key skills & experience:
Current Defined Benefits administration, and strong manual calculation experience
Strong understanding of UK Pensions regulations and legislation.
Motivation β passionate in providing excellent customer service, whilst taking ownership of professional career development.
Excellent communication skills β someone who can build strong relationships internally and externally and manage expectations.
