Personal Injury Solicitor/Executive Location: Glasgow (Hybrid) Salary: £45,000 (DOE) Simpson Judge have partnered with an international law firm for an exciting opening that offers hands-on experience with complex matters, the chance to support a leading Partner directly, and the opportunity to independently manage your own caseload of general insurance claims. Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking enthusiastic legal professionals who are ready to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will bring: A proven track record handling a full caseload of pre-litigated and litigated defender and/or recoveries work. Confidence managing third-party claims, with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Experience overseeing litigated files end-to-end is advantageous, though not essential. A solid understanding of Personal Injury Claims—preferably on the Defendant side—though candidates from a Pursuer background are also encouraged to apply A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a drive to exceed performance targets.
