The Role
The Performance Activation Director will be the senior activation lead within their business unit, accountable for campaign execution across Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Retail Media.
This role requires leadership and communication skills to engage with senior client stakeholders and ensure the best data and technology is utilized in our strategy and tactics.
You will lead activation discussions with clients and internal teams, demonstrating management skills in developing Performance Activation Managers and Executives.
Collaborating closely with the Performance Business Director, you will champion innovative approaches for clients and foster knowledge sharing across the agency.
