The Older People Care Unit has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Secretary to join our team.
The role is for a 6-month fixed-term position.
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional secretary with a flexible approach, able to prioritise and work on their own initiative.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking office duties such as diary management and message handling, facilitating meetings, investigations, and disciplinaries.
- Accurate minute-taking and ensuring timely completion and submission of minutes.
- Managing diaries, updating, and maintaining schedules, and appropriately handling conflicting or amended appointments.

This role involves working with the MHSOP Senior Management Team at Highbury Hospital, with responsibilities including cross-cover when required, diary management, agenda compilation, and minute taking.
Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled Worker visa. Applicants without NHS experience will typically be placed at the bottom of the pay band according to Agenda for Change, and sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa cannot be provided.
