Insight Global is looking for a Integration Specialist to join a fast-growing fintech firm specializing in high-performance trading infrastructure and integration solutions for institutional clients.
In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact for UK-based clients. You will be responsible for onboarding, integration, and ongoing support. You’ll work directly with clients to gather requirements, configure the platform, and ensure seamless integration with external systems such as trading venues and internal infrastructure. The role is hands-on and code-heavy, involving scripting, SQL, and troubleshooting backend services and APIs.
The environment is fast-paced and remote-first, with occasional onsite visits (1–2 times per week) in the Greater London area. This role will be a permanent engagement.
Targeting the following skillsets:
- Experience in a technical role (e.g. Solutions Engineer, Integration Specialist, SDET).
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL , including joins and aggregations.
- Hands-on experience integrating with APIs (REST and/or gRPC)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills using logs and backend tools.
- Strong communication , time management, and task prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to work across both development and client-facing responsibilities.
- Comfortable owning delivery end-to-end and acting as the primary technical contact.
