The Role
The brand is seeking a Midweight Digital & Graphic Designer to join its London-based Creative Team. This role will support the delivery of beautifully executed creative across digital and print channels, working closely with the Design Director, Copywriter, and Marketing teams to bring the brand’s world to life.
The designer will produce a broad range of assets, from digital campaigns and paid social to retail toolkits, in‑store signage, and visual merchandising materials. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and a refined eye for premium brand execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver digital assets across all channels, including social media, e‑commerce, and digital advertising.
- Create and adapt print materials such as retail toolkits, store visuals, and POS displays.
- Translate creative briefs into visually engaging and commercially effective design solutions.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all design outputs in line with brand guidelines.
- Support cross‑functional teams in both UK and US markets with timely, high‑quality creative.
- Edit and adapt short‑form video content (basic motion skills desirable).
- Contribute fresh, strategic ideas that evolve and elevate the brand’s visual storytelling.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Graphic or Digital Designer within a beauty brand (agency or in‑house).
- A strong, design‑led portfolio that demonstrates both digital and print experience aligned with luxury beauty aesthetics.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable using Figma.
- Excellent eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency, with impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience creating for both online and in‑store environments.
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for design and beauty.
