About the role:
We are recruiting an exceptional team ofstaff to support the next stage of development of a genuinely transformationalschool. We are looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate the highestexpectations of student effort and conduct and are able to do so with kindnessand warmth.
The successful candidate will join a verystrong history department and will work collaboratively to shape historyprovision at the school, embed the school vision and develop an outstandingschool that empowers our students to take responsibility and drive their owndestiny’s.
The successful candidate will have theopportunity to grow with the school. They will be supported in theirdevelopment and preparation for future roles. Teaching experience will not be adetermining factor – we welcome applications from NQTs as well as moreexperienced candidates. We will develop every staff member that joins our team,providing one-to-one support, coaching and mentoring and access to extensive networktraining.

We are a brand new, non-selective,non-denominational secondary school which opened in Ealing in September 2021.

Ark Soane Academy is part of Ark, oneof the UK’s most successful school groups, with a network of 39 schools in 4locations across the country. Our school opened to 180 students inSeptember 2021 and currently have 540 Year 7, Year 8 and Year 9 students and will grow by 180students each year before reaching full capacity in 2028.
