The Field Service Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. Responsibilities and Duties: Attain excellence in learning and competency events. Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. Mentor others as required. Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. Maintain the required safety training. Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field. Be globally mobile. The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products/projects. The right to work in the UK.
