Our client is a leading Building Services Design and Consultancy firm specialising in Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, and Vertical Transportation services. With a wide range of services, including Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design, Public Health Design, Fire Safety, Lighting Simulation, Infrastructure Design, Energy Performance Certification, BREEAM, and 3D Revit-MEP Design, they utilize the latest technologies to deliver innovative solutions that comply with Low Carbon Legislation. Their Liverpool MEP team is expanding and seeking an Associate Mechanical Design Engineer focused on sustainable development to join an innovative team delivering exceptional, sustainable building services projects.

Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 (depending on the experience)

As an Associate HVAC Designer, you’ll need to have:
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in mechanical (HVAC) design within the building services industry, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in utilising design software such as AutoCAD, Revit-MEP, and other relevant tools, with advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budgets and timelines, with experience in leading large-scale projects.
- Sustainable Practices: In-depth understanding of sustainable design principles and low-carbon legislation, focusing on implementing energy-efficient solutions.
